Job Requirements
• BS/BA in CS or related field.
• 8+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
• 3 years+ supervisory experience, Proven track records to manage advanced development team.
• Must have experience developing highly scalable, web-based applications. Solid background on Framework/Kernel/Platform Level of coding.
• Strong experience and good understanding to Software Development Life Cycle and best practices.
• Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an under-standing of current business trends.
• Negotiator – can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships.
• Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Excellent English communication skill.
